This photo is of DeWitt Roberts (CTT#12 & 66th IPCT), Mike Landers
(CTT #6 & 66th IPCT) and Neil Couch (CTT #8 & 77th IPCT). All of these guys
were part of the Veteran Tracker Instructor cadre at Fort Gordon. A special
"Thank you" to Mike who started getting all Trackers to a Reunion in 1998 - and
did the - (pardon the expression) - "Leg work" for the 1999 Reunion! |

The 62nd IPCT is well represented here with Dave Russell ('70-'71), Tom
Brown ('70) and Dick Baumer, CO of the 62nd in 1969-1970. Can't tell you how great
it was to see everyone together! |

Here are 61st IPCT's Ed Wheeler and Jerry Pritchitt. The Reunion was
very relaxing, I wonder what the reactions will be after "Millenium Tracker
Reunion" in New Orleans? Stay tuned!!! |

Says Steve Tesdall to former CO Don Hendricks, "Honest, Sir, that
scorpion's claws alone were THIS big!!!" For further information on the
Scorpion Saga, please e-mail CPT. Don Hendricks! |

Here's Chet Ellingson III with his former Instructor, Neil Couch.
Neil began with the early Trackers at BJWS and went on to be the Sr. NCOIC of CTT
#8. Not only did he do more Tracker work in the War, but he became a hard taskmaster
of training of new Trackers at Fort Gordon. Every one of his former students cannot
say enough good things about Neil and his gift of teaching them the way to survive! |
