Dave Folland: "From
the left: I don't remember his name he dropped out just before the
final 2 weeks testing. #2 is Jim Tomlinson who went to the 65th
IPCT unfortunately I don't know any of the dogs except the one I had
of course.; #3 Ed Lawton (KIA), Cpl John Higgs; #5 Bob Sepulveda
61st IPCT; #6 Dave Folland 61st IPCT and Sam. #7 ??.
An interesting side
light is that Sam was blind. I had told Cpl Higgs but he didn't do
anything until we had a British Vet come and examine the dogs near
the end of our training.
So with #1 having
dropped out I had to take the final testing with his dog (I think it
was Duke)
Having never worked
with him I was concerned how we would work together. We worked just
great much to my relief."
