Combat Tracker Team Photo



	This page of photos was sent to us by our Aussie 8 RAR Team member, Rusty Morley. I want you all to know that he profusely apologized for showing Archie Meers butt to the world - (why is it that I find that hard to believe?). Archie and the guys had met up with the tanks after a track, and hadn't had a wash for awhile! Just for general info - the 8th RAR trained with our Trackers at BJWS. It shows! These photos are circa 1968.

	Nui Dat - where Archie is at least partially clothed, sitting on home-made sandbags outside his tent. This was at the main Australian Base Camp at Nui Dat.

	This photo shows Mike Connelly with his Tracker dog Trajan.

	Here's a great shot of Rusty and his Tracker dog Julian.

	At the "Tracker Wing" - Rusty is standing with Dog Handler Cpl. Bill Jones at Ingleburn, Australia. We're willing to bet that Cpl. Jones was also a "graduate" of the Malay and Borneo operations!

	This is the unofficial patch of the 3RAR, 9RAR and 8RAR Trackers. Does anyone know the story behind this logo?
