After many years Dave Herbert (75th IDCT,
173rd Airborne Brigade) was reunited with his issue field jacket. The
"Legion" magazine featured the story. And note that the jacket still fits! Dave's uncle is Tony Herbert, retired LTC and author of "SOLDIER". The book is a no-holds-barred review of his time in the military and critique of operations in Vietnam. Tony has donated autographed books with sales to benefit the website. Thank you Sir.
